- Most agents process a single record in 15 seconds to 2 minutes. A batch of 500 records typically completes in 5–15 minutes, since agents run records in parallel.
- Do credits expire?
- No. Credits never expire. Use them whenever you need them.
- Is my data secure?
- Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We don't share your data with third parties. Uploaded data is retained for 30 days, then automatically deleted.
